Lecturer Subas Nembang on Sunday floating four lawmakers for seven days for manandhar creating obstruction in parliament.
Persons floating are Biswendra Paswan, Sadrul Mia Haque, Rukmini Chaudhary and Buddha Ratna Manandhar.
The lawmakers on Sunday obstructed Minister for community Development Urmila Aryal while she was bearing to the rostrum to take up the household assembly.
Lecturer Nembang manandhar took the step with the lawmakers continued obstruction in parliament despite a four-point stanchness to take up their hassle by Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal earlier on Sunday.
The lawmakers had obstructed parliament and meetings of committees of parliament raising their issues which are correlated to underground communities.
